“ We booked Shine On to perform at our wedding at Allerton Castle on 4th July 2015. Straight to the point: I cannot recommend this band highly enough. Ian is a phenomenal front man front man and every single member of the band supports him brilliantly. The atmosphere they create and the music they produce is just amazing. It was a hell of a party, the best day of our lives, and Shine On were the icing on the cake. From the moment the booking was made through to the performance itself, communications were excellent. And they’re such friendly guys; at the end of the night, they took time out to chat with us, even though it was midnight and they were getting straight back on the road for a long journey back south. If you’re in two minds, just book them. I promise, you won’t be disappointed. ”

“Absolutely fantastic! Superb, great, and every other iteration of phrase that means bloody brilliant! Shine On gave us an absolutely flawless performance which was the perfect way to bring complete our perfect day. Right from the moment we heard their audio recordings and watched their show reels, we knew they would be good, but in reality they completely blew our expectations out of the water. They were amazing! Ian and co were available at short notice and were incredibly flexible with start and end times, our speeches overran which resulted in a later start time and a reduced interval period. This was not a problem for Shine On and their sets went ahead as planned. Shine On learned and performed to perfection our first dance, which meant so much more than playing something on an MP3 player. Thereafter they had the dance floor filled all evening with the crowd all shouting for more when it was time to go home. The crowd did not want them to go home, they didn't want to go home and even offered to do an acoustic set to get around noise/time restrictions at the venue. The sound quality was absolutely superb. The level of professionalism was second to none. They were happy to be there and the crowd watched, listened and danced to them all evening in awe. If we had to do it all again we would book Shine On in a heartbeat. Their repertoire is full of a variety of excellent tracks from different genres. They seemed to know what we wanted playing better than we did! Hiring Shine On was Some of the best money we have ever spent. Thank you Ian, Andi, Jon, Mike and Robbie for the perfect end to a perfect day.”
